FYI, You guys should probably make forums for your individual army. If people do, don’t look at them. That is THEIR team’s business not yours. I mean I guess spies are allowed but we should make some rules about things like that.

I still think that we need to see how to handle the resources "on each land". I'm afraid that it will be complicated to track and to update on the map for each land. When you build something, or train a new army, you have to say "I take 1 food from here, 1 food from there, 1 wood from this one...".

I agree with LM707 on the set up, I would go for just one Capital and one army at the beginning, then we try to expand !
One rule we have not decided I guess, is wether we can "capture" the Capital from another Leader... and if so, does it mean that he has to stop, or can he choose a new Capital in a land that he controls...
But it's easier if we just say that we cannot capture other Capitals.
Also, do you think that we could figure out some rules for plunder without keeping track of resources per land?

Like when you move to a land that produces wood, you can plunder it and get immediatly 3 woods (independantly from whether this land has already produded those), but then this land won't produce any wood any longer. If it has a city, you get also 3 times the Gold Pieces immediatly, but then the city is burnt and removed from the map...
I say we should be able to capture capitals
and when you attack a square you should get whatever is on it
when you produce you put your resources on the square you produced but you can use them to build anywhere
