I guess I have to add resources on the map... I just put them on a few lands as examples, but I have to update that.
Then each of us should design its own Capital (I did! 😉 ), we will randomly (?) decide from where we start from the 6 Capitals on the map, and I will replace the existing Capitals by our custom ones...

(sorry for the delay, I was working on an animation but it's done!)

Next things we have to do, I guess:
1- we should choose a Capital. I propose that LM goes first because, well, all this is his idea, right? 😉 Then I don't know, by alphabetical order? We choose a Capital on the map and a new name for it.
2- everyone should design its own Capital. I think that Firebalde made one, me too, what about the others? (please send me the link)
3- we decide with how many armies we start: one per Leader + one per "follower"? (yes, Fireblade has a lot 😄) They should all be regular infantry at the beginning, I guess...
4- we can start!!! (unless I am missing anything?)

ok do certain color squares produce certain resource also I am gonna try to sneak one more rule lets say you can only produce on 1/3 of your squares
