how can i select everything of one particular colour?
press B on your keyboard and hold it and spread it on the area you want to select it in then let go and u can color them all at the same time
In addition to the above, you can use the Colour Select Tool.
Open the Selection Tools by clicking on the mouse pointer arrow icon in the top left of the Workshop (keyboard shortcut [W]). Then choose Colour in the selection tools panel. Finally, click on a piece in your model that has the color you want to select. Note that this will unselect anything you previously had selected. In the example below, we'll select all of the black bricks.
Thanks!
hello, I can't select or move two of my pieces on my project is there a way I can undo this?
thanks
I'm new to this so it might be obvious sorry if it is
I've tried ctrl z
I think I know which glitch you are experiencing, try saving the model then reloading the webpage.
ok thanks very much
it works i've just tried it!
what if the stuff to the right is just blank? (no color choices or whatever, no properties. nothing) just black.
Change your browser zoom level to something between eighty and one-hundred and twenty percent.
I dont have the side panel showing up how can I fix this?
I dont have the side panel showing up how can I fix this?
edit; I fixed it 😃
if there was a character that I made inside of one model how could I take him and put him inside of another one without having to redo it?
File > Import > Mecabricks
?
is there a video on it I could watch
You would have to make a duplicate of that model, and then delete everything except for the minifigure, save as a separate model, and then follow Scrub's words.
In Subtraction to Cakery just keep the model save it, make another slot import it which is on file when you click file there will be an import button it will bring you to your models and you can import the model delete everything that you dont want (everything but minifigure) and save.
So in simple form save your model go to workshop import the model delete everything you don't want and save that way you have 2 of the same thing but 1 of them has the stuff you don't want and the character and the other just has your character without the useless stuff you don't want.
I will try to make a youtube video but later maybe and ill post the link so people can learn and watch
oh thanks but I just figured it out. I think people that don't know how to do would appreciate a video thow.
Yea ill do it tonight maybe
