If your model imported with the LDD/LDRAW importer is having some bricks misplaced, it means that some of the -what we call- conversion data is still not completed for the misplaced bricks. You can report here (although it will be much at this time) if bricks are misplaced. Sometimes, bricks won't appear in Mecabricks as they don't exist yet.

I've checked 30377 but it was already filled in pretty close to the correct value. It should be fine now! 😃
- Parts 92696, 92695 and 92694 don't import correctly from LDD.
- Part 10928 is offset by half a stud.
- Part 10197 is offset by half a stud.
They are now corrected. 😃 ^^
- 6575 is offset by half a stud from LDD.
- 10885 is offset by a half stud from LDD (and lacks BrickLink name coupling).
- 2533 import incorrectly from LDD
- 2335 is a half stud offset from LDD
- 30176 is rotated slightly from LDD
- 4790 is 1 stud offset from LDD
Quite a big one:
6558 is rotated 180 degrees when imported from LDD
They should be fixed. 😉 I'm not entirely sure who entered conversion data for 30176, but they were indeed off. 😛

I get these discarded parts when importing a large Technic model:

I have checked them but could only add 32494 and 51011. Other parts are not available on Mecabricks yet.
I still need to do: 62271c, 62274c, 4254
EDIT: 4254 not available too, and I couldn't find 62271c and 62274c in stud.io
29119 and 29120 sit 1 medium unit too high when imported from LDD.
30166 imports completely wrong.
Part 2528 imports 180 degrees rotated when imported from LDD.
