@Pyro Cool! My dad has always loved their music, and I've started to get into it more and more over the past few years. Andrew Peterson actually toured with them, for I think his first ever tour... also, I found out recently that Cliff Young was going with my uncle to play music with my grandfather before he died, and he will actually be singing at his funeral this week.

Right so I made a short story in one of my story worlds it's slightly dark so, be warned

“Gather round, and listen to the tale of the Gatekeeper, and the Ranger”

The flames of the campfire flickered up lighting the ghastly face of the story-spinner.

“You may recall the tales told of a hero, who fights the wicked and saves the pure, I’m here to let you know the truth. There once was a city near the Vyulm forest, they were prosperous in their abundance of Rough-Wood, people from far and near. To trade to gain that rare timber. Then one day the main Rough-Wood corporations, a team of lumber-loggers, went in search of more Rough-Wood, then they came across something from the Old World, something from the age of the Cracking. Nobody knew what happened to them, only one out of their squad returned, alas, he had lost his mind, the only thing anyone heard out of him is, Beware the Flame of blackened stone then one day in the hospital they found him dead. Sword slash through the chest and a message writ in blood, tell the Ranger I have returned… news of this assassination spread like wildfire, then more killings were reported, similar messages, the number of killings grew, first it was just a few crime lords, then muggers, then Rough-wood workers, then merchants, then shopkeepers, then children. At least 10 a day. Then all of a sudden they stopped. Nobody knew why, there were guesses thrown around then a man arrived, he was strange in appearance, a cloak so ragged it looked as if it were made of brush, nobody heard him come nobody saw him leave, he showed up claimed that the scurge of the city was an age old Demon named the Gatekeeper, he was once a general in the Armies of the Accursed, it had fared poorly for him at his last encounter, but, let it be known do not light fires in the wood, the flame will light the blacken stones and dire consequences will transpire. The woods of Vyulm are much like the ones we are in right now, and the ruins over there look as if they are ruins of the city, here we are, lighting fires in the woods of Vyulm. And on that note, I’m beat, G’night.” 

and with that the story-spinner then turned and lightly walked off to his moon lit tent.

@Wiz I'm doing alright... a bit down, and worn slap out... I've had to babysit my siblings around the clock, but hey, in the words of Podo Helmer, "They're the wind in your sails, not the down in your anchors." I also have sick family members... so, kinda a boatload of craziness 😂, on top of a lot of pain from loss... but hey, pain is a tool, even if we don't like it. For me I think of it kinda like a fence stretcher. I hate using fence stretchers, they are kinda a hassle... but if it weren't for the hassle it would be a lot harder, if not impossible to build the fence. So sometimes pain is the same way, and we have to choose to work with it, and let it work in us. If that makes sense...
