The discussion of Who will it be?, and its pointless conversations

Just random stuff. Check out this post (https://mecabricks.com/en/models/mLvzdJOm2Aw) for more info (on the pointless conversations). Rules: No swearing, or taking the Lord's name in vain. Not in abbreviations either.
Have fun, and be nice.

Do I get an extra point for figuring out how to get the repeating sign above the numbers?

Okay, I'll grade the rest. It may be a while. See ya then.

Bye. Have fun.
(Soon I shall make my own test......)

G-man: No. It's not right above the number. And, besides, if it's repeating, you don't need to have two "2"s.

I prefer to have both of them. AND IT'S THE CLOSEST I COULD GET!!!

Oh, by the way, I'm working on playing the version of O Come O Come Emmanuel that's by Josh Wilson.
AND IT HAS A NOTE THAT DOESN'T ACTUALLY EXSIST ON A NORMAL GUITAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okie den, I'mma give it my best shot!

  1. 9.22... goes on forever and ever, amen

😆

Didn't use a calculator, by the way raises an eyebrow at everyone

  1. I have absolutely no clue.

  2. Sean Austin.

  3. Unless it's a possessive "it is", as in "It's cold outside, Mother, turn the heat down," it would always be "its".

  4. The square root of -1 is just 1.

  5. Classes come first, my good man.

I'll skip the seventh question till later when I actually have enough brainpower to solve it 😂

  1. Waltz is always written in 3/4 time.
I should know, it's one of my favorite types to play!

  2. Supernova? Or black hole... Interstellar and Stargate are so confusing. starts muttering to oneself

  3. To be honest, I googled this one. 915,103,765.

Me, when I was six: "I'mma try this thing out, they say it's easy! Lemme go get my Lego bricks!"

Alrighty, 7. Okay, so I'm just gonna make up my own answer, since I don't know 😂

Mr. Farmer has a chicken, a fox, and some grain, and he must transport them over the river. Well, at least that's how easy his wife, Puddin' Charms, made it sound. The chicken'll eat the grain if he's not too careful, and old foxy'll feast on the chicken after its gotten fattened up from all that there grain. What a conundrum. What a darn conundrum. So, Mr. Farmer crosses the river with his chicken, and it's a very, very hot and smuggy day. (Yeah, smuggy. I don't know either.)
The chicken starts eyeing the grain back on the other side, and starts pecking at Mr. Farmer to let it go so it can fly back to the other side. "But no," Mr. Farmer says. "You ain't gonna fly back, you'll land in the water." The boat starts rockin' really badly from there, so he does what every able-bodied, sensible man would do. He wrings the chicken. "Mmmm, dinner for me tonight."

(Interruption here - since I actually live on a farm myself, we have a "chicken field day" of sorts, once or twice a year, if you get my meaning. If you don't, then I'll invite you over one day so we can discuss it over chicken sandwiches. Homemade, of course!)

He slings the limp body over his shoulder, then goes back for the fox. Dear old foxy sees the chicken, and his eyes go wide. Mr. Farmer doesn't notice this, so he carries the fox to his boat, and climbs in. "Better not rock this boat, or you'll end up like this here chicken."
As he pushes off into the river, the fox starts a-jumpin' like you've never seen, and snatches the chicken. Mr. Farmer tries to grab it, but he fails, capsizing his boat in the process as the fox swims down the river with the bird in its mouth.
Mr. Farmer scowls, then doggy-paddles back to his boat. "No use gettin' the grain, my wife's gonna whoop me," he mutters.

There we go. 😉

WHAT?!!!!!?

Wait, the square root of -1 isn't 1... darn it, I just realized how wrong I actually did my math 😂

It's infinity.

I guess I will try

The square root of 1 is (-1), right? Since (-1)(-1) = 1. 😖

Wait, 1^ is just 1. It could also be (-1) as well. sighs

It's an imaginary number.

(I think.)

Okay, here are the official scores. Also, in case you didn't see my other message, the answers were in invisible ink right next the the questions. #Roast 😎 I re-did G-man's, BTW:

KoE:
Question 1 = Fail
Question 2 = Fail
Question 3 = Right, but his last name is spelled "Astin."
Question 4 = Wrong. "it's" is a contraction, not a possesive. The correct answer is "its"
Question 5 = Wrong.
Question 6 = Wrong.
Question 7 = Wrong
Question 8 = Fail
Question 9 = Wrong
Question 10 = Wrong, but you were close! The answer is 915,103,765.

1/10. Your score = T (This is an HP score)

D_R06:
Question 1 = Fail
Question 2 = Fail
Question 3 = Correct!
Question 4 = Wrong
Question 5 = Correct!
Question 6 = Fail
Question 7 = Correct! (Extra points for storytelling)
Question 8 = Correct!
Question 9 = Wrong
Question 10 = Fail

5/10. Not gonna cut it, sorry. Your score = F

G-man:
Question 1 = Correct
Question 2 = Correct
Question 3 = Fail
Question 4 = Correct
Question 5 = Correct. Its name is "i"
Question 6 = Wrong
Question 7 = Yeah!!! 😎
Question 8 = Correct
Question 9 = Wrong
Question 10 = Insert coolly nodding GIF here

So, overall, 6/10. (I gave you a half point each for 7 and 10)
In light of my other scorings, I'm gonna re-score you to C. Sorry, but it's only fair.

LW:
Question 1 = Correct (Bonus half-point for clever answer)
Question 2 = Fail
Question 3 = Correct
Question 4 = Correct, as in your final answer. But "it's" is not a possessive, it is a contraction.
Question 5 = Wrong. It's an imaginary number, "i"
Question 6 = Correct
Question 7 = Wrong answer, but great story. Full point for this. And yes, I get what you mean by "Chicken Field day." That sounds great!
Question 8 = Correct
Question 9 = Wrong
Question 10 = You googled it, but half a point for the comment at the end. XD

7/10. Not bad! You get an E, as you Exceeded my Expectations. (Another HP one)

Also, Justy and HB got their questions right. (Except HB didn't get question 1 right. I think he knows that though.)

the square root of -1 is an imaginary number. (Commonly referred to as "i"). The square root of 1 is 1 because 1x1=1.
(I'm a math nerd!)

Pyro: THANK YOU! I CAN'T BELIEVE MORE PEOPLE DIDN'T KNOW THAT! Sorry I yelled. 😆

(1) 9.222222 . . .

(2) Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia.

(3) Sean Astin.

(4) "its" is the answer.

(5) It's called "i".

(6) My biology textbook said Kingdom, Phyla, Order, Class, Family, Genus, species, but I've also heard of it being Kingdom, Phyla, Class, Order, Genus, species.

(7) First, the farmer takes the chicken. Then, he comes back and takes the seed. He takes the chicken back across the river, and brings the fox to the other side. He then goes back and gets the chicken. Nothing has been eaten.

( 8 ) answer: 3/4

(9) It would come right back together. Uranus's moon, Miranda, may be an example of this.

(10) 915,103,765 different ways.

New page, and btw, I only just saw the quiz.
