Started with "70431 - The Lighthouse of Darkness".

Stephan3321: Both you and I use this thread to avoid people building the same sets. My post was first about the "70431 - The Lighthouse of Darkness" and I even told you I was almost finished. But you had to build it and publish it just before me... come on!

There are often multiple entries for the same set in the Library. I only built sets that I want to build and I am not avoiding sets that others are building. Besides that, Brickset is filled with thousands of missing sets, I was building the entire season, just like Seaon 1 of Hidden Side, and this was the only set left. Finishing the entire theme means that I can guarantee consistence and two scenes for each set, with each part grouped.
I work almost 7 days a week, so I only have time to build 3 or 4 evenings each week...

@Stephan3321, Why do we need this thread if you wanna build all sets by yourself?

I don't say you can't build it by yourself, but if someone post here he is building a set here, puts a lot of hours working on it just to find out when it's finished that you(who obviously knew he was building it) just had to finish it before him and published to make the whole serie "YOURS"? I don't think it's fair to do that, now dr_lofstrand have put some hours of building a set he could have done something else on...

Some sets are more popular to build than others. I wouldn't care if multiple users are building the same set and publishing it. On the end, it's the best one that is being tagged with the set number. Quality over quantity! 😃
