I just finished "SAESEE TIIN'S JEDI STARFIGHTER" it is fully updated with new parts, materials, decorations, etc. however, there are still missing parts (mainly minifigs) but it is still clearly recognizable and the starfighter is complete. https://www.mecabricks.com/en/models/zOjokl8Yj6Z

Hi everyone,

Is someone already working on the new Speed Champions sets ? I'm really interested by these new 8-studs wide versions and the new windscreens they created. 😄

I'll eventually work on those. Though, the new windscreen has not (yet) been modelled by Scrubs (because he was working on the new Mecabricks 2.0 and because he needs to have the part in his hands to model them).

@Helo & Stephan3321, There is also a new chassi part, just saw a post on Newelementry about it!

I am keen to model the new speed champions parts. I'll try to buy the sets containing them when I come home. I will do it in the second part of January after I finish to update the render farm and add-ons. I already posted some sticker sheets in the old mecabricks drop box and other HD ones are available on the French website hothbricks.com

@Sealund: I just saw the post. This new chassis is really interesting. It is really well thought, allowing to easily create "low profile" vehicle, like the Huracán, with two places. I was working on 8-Studs MOCs but I prefer to wait for the new parts.

@Scrubs: Cool! I'm really looking forward to use these new parts! I took a look to the sticker sheets. If I find time, I would like to work on some maps.

@Sealund, and new angle parts. The chassis is no problem to recreate from other parts though.

@Helo Go for it 😛 I focus on new moulds.
