Praying for your Covid situation, Dragon!

@Dragon Oofles... I'm on day 16 of covid O_O... the cough won't leave, and the soar throat is lingering... but hey, I'm watching The Hobbit 😎, so that's cool. Anyways, I hope you manage to last as long as I have... I expect to drop down dead and die any day now. I have some funeral arrangements made, like my friend is going to play the video of him slapping me in the face because he didn't like my Gollum impression... and stuff like that. I hope people will really enjoy my funeral 😂.

In all seriousness though, I'll pray you get better soon... it ain't fun, even if it is just covid.

Thanks for the prayers, but honestly, it's kinda come and gone without any of us really getting sick. The worst is my Mum, she's quite tired, and my oldest sister (because she has asthma). But the rest of us we barely noticed a thing 😂. So much for such a deadly sickness!

@Wiz, You've almost got that right. But the deadliest would be the Koala's cousin, Drop Bears.

Drop bears o_o ok, Australia I've heard has great views, and places, but I've also heard that everything kills you there. My granddad used to live there for a while, (tis where my dad was born)

@Dragon I kinda gave a similar answer to the folks on discord 😂. You feel kinda strange when people say they're praying for you... when the situation isn't really that bad... I mean, from what it sounds like I've had it worse that you, but still...

jcfrk - 😂 Kiwi (New Zealand) accents kind of get on my nerves, but Australian accents aren’t terrible. However, my mom imitates them all the time, and that’s super annoying… (Hint: she doesn’t imitate them very well… 😂)

Anyways... Dragon might kill me for this, but I kinda like New Zealand more than Australia 😂... no offense... but hey, the Lord of the Rings was filmed there 😉. Both are cool though... and there was some sorta serious talk about my Dad's work moving us to your country once. I'm glad they didn't though.

But their kids were really mean and caused a lot of emotional drama… 😁 I’m not saying that every Kiwi is rude, (that’d be an awful and racist thing to say) but when somebody talks in the same way as the people who bullied you for 3 years… 😅

Also, @Everyone... would I be slain for saying I absolutely love The Hobbit movies? I mean... I know they do stray from the book a good bit... but honestly, they're still really good, and do represent a lot of things very well. Yeah, they added stuff, and took away stuff... but as I've said, you can't make a movie like a book, and you can't write a book like a movie. I respect the hate to some degree... but I don't agree with it really, if that makes sense. I think people just need to cool down and understand that things are going to be different... idda know 😂.

Okay... I will admit... they whole thing with the Elf/dwarve romance does drive me nuts...
