I used a meet and greet service at Dulles Airport once when a relative was arriving from an international flight, and it was quite helpful. Dulles is a big airport, and the arrival process can be confusing, especially with immigration lines and long walking distances.
In our case, the staff met the passenger right after landing and guided them through immigration, baggage claim, and toward the exit. This made the whole process calmer and less stressful, especially since my relative was not very comfortable navigating airports alone.
I booked the service through Jodogo Airport Assist based on a recommendation, and everything went smoothly. The staff was polite and knew the airport well. From my experience, this kind of service is useful if you’re traveling with elderly people, first-time international travelers, or anyone who wants extra support. If you’re a frequent traveler and confident at airports, you may not need it, but for peace of mind, it’s a good option.
