The custom part creator thing, on the right where it shows you the different templates and download buttons. I've made plenty of custom prints before, but I've not had this issue on any other piece.

Which part number?

Both 16000 and 16001

The 16000/01 parts use the same uv map as the 3818/19v2 parts... just download the uv maps from the regular arms.

Thanks for the answer. I was also searching for it. I found your post by mistake because I was searching for the templates online for my website and found them on the MasterBundles website. While searching for it on google search, I also found your post and came here to find out how can I download the template for dual molded arm printing.
