If you could implement this it would help a lot with video games and animations

On a lot of Lego heads there is a second face on the back, I think if you could make something to remove it, it would help a lot

I would advise removing the second face in blender's image editor tab after you have imported the head with the face, that's what I do when there is a second face

or you can edit the face with just the first face and make a new part in mecabricks
