Greetings, connoisseurs,
I'm good at making custom stickers for the parts I want. But going to "Workshop", when I use that part with the custom sticker, I have a problem. The sticker doesn't look like a sticker, it looks like a print. That is, you can't see a clear border where the sticker ends. And if I take any original set from the library and look at the stickers there, I can see that they are displayed the way I want them to be
The question is. How do I make a sticker as a sticker and not as a print? I've reread many threads on the forum but haven't found an answer. It was recommended to use black background colour, I used #000000 but it didn't work
Please help 😃

For stickers, you need to upload a data image in addition to your color image. The data image tells the program three things... areas that are metallic, areas that are sticker, and areas that are both metallic and sticker.
Metallic areas are anything with Red (Hex color code #FF0000)
Stickered areas are anything with Blue (#0000FF)
Metallic stickered areas are anything with Magenta (combo of red and blue = #FF00FF)
Here's an example from part 54200d36 in the library:

This part has a few qualities that shows off the data system:
So anywhere there is blue color information, Mecabricks will make a bump up for the sticker. Because magenta has blue color information, those parts also count as sticker. If you go exploring the part manager, you can view the data map for parts that have it. Just tick tick off the color texture and tick on the data texture in the bottom right hand Texture inspector window. It's down by where you download the UV maps.

I saw the original article, but didn't understand anything after reading it. And your answer sounds exhaustive. I think this answer should be fixed. So that everyone who asks the same question as me will find the answer. After your explanation, I got it the first time: https://i.ibb.co/5B4TDpS/1.png Thank you!
The topic is now closed.
P.S. A new problem has appeared. As you can see in the photo, the wheels are missing. The wheels should have part 72210a (Wheel Cover 5 Spoke - for Wheel 72206)... https://mecabricks.com/en/forum/topic/4345
