A way to download all parts and textures.

It would be cool if we could download all parts in obj format, and the textures for any part that has them, it would make it a lot easier for doing more custom stuff in other software.

No this is a deliberate limitation. 3D assets and textures files belong to Mecabricks and the use is subject to conditions.
Mecabricks will not provide an archive of the part library that contains tens of thousands of parts.
