i suggest a tool that lets you turn a block in whatever degree you want

you can rotate parts to whatever degree you wish right now. You can use the rotate tool and change the grid to small. Both of these controls are on the top toolbar. Or you can use the move tab on the right hand sidebar to rotate a part to your heart's desire.

i mean like if i turn on a a battery pack, it will spin a moter, and make gears interact.
