In Workshop, parts cease to exist but still affect cameras and are visible

Basically, three parts in my model have ceased to exist (i can't interact with them, either directly, through box selection, or through the sidebar, and I can't attach stuff to them. However, the parts are still visible and affect the camera center.

Found a workaround: saving the model and then opening it from a new workshop tab makes the parts interactable again.
