I agree that keeping the group structure on exports would be an awesome feature. Hopefully that will come soon, but my guess is that it probably would not happenuntil after Scrubs finishes his next version of MB. In the mean time, there is a way to do selective export. Export only works for visible bricks. So you can hide what you don't want to export. Then when you run the export function you will have only your selected bricks in your file.
