IRL, it comes in mostly Harry Potter sets in sand green and dark bluish gray. Unfortunately, it's not in the Mecabricks library.

The red highlighted part I don't know. This whole thing looks like something done digitally to me... neither the garbage can nor the Dementor stand come in black. Additionally, there are no attachment points on the can where the support can click into. It's possible that the red highlighted support could very well have been made up.
