Textures not loading in the material preview and the rendering

Hi ! I have a problem with the textures, I can see all the colors in the solid view and the textures ARE there when I go into the shading, but when I switch into material preview and rendered, all the bricks are black.

Any help ?

It sounds like it is a Blender question.
If you use the Mecabricks Lite addon for Blender, it is stated that it doesn't work with eevee which is what you ay try to do. Switch to Cycles.
