Are you talking about the missing sidebar? Mine goes away if my browser is zoomed to less than 100%. You may want to check your browser zoom level.

If you're trying to view a part you already created, there are a few ways to do so. From the Parts page, hover over the part name in the LIBRARY TREE and an eyeball will pop up. Click that to view that part. If you are on the Library page, you can browse through the thumbnails. Click on the one you want and then hit the EDIT button on the right under the 3D view.
