Echo doesn't have a Phase II standard issue armor. I might try for his design from season 7 at some point, but that's gonna be a pain

A small update:

So guys, just to reiterate, these are the roles of people in this collab:

Echolord_0408: Custom print designer
Lax_Swag5: Custom helmet and clone designer
Naraic: Custom print designer (and whatever else needs doing)
Guitarman2: Gun and accessory supplier

Just so everyone knows, we're focusing on Umbara at the moment and I've finished the heads for Kix, Dogma, Hardcase and Tup. EchoL is working on the torsos and legs for them as well (he might be doing arms but im not sure)
