Can't make new models.

When I save a model nothing happens just says Error: 0 error

could somebody help me out
Cancel saving it and try again. It worked for me.
ok i did
i tried saving again buut did now work
but how do you cancel saving it
did not*
Just open your project in a new tab and try saving it.
i did but doesn't work
hm.....uh try saving twice in like 10 secs that might work sir
