im trying to add some decals and i keep getting this message how do i fix it?

There is a limit of 5 MB for textures, if you want to delete textures you have to click on the checkered square in the part manager to access your uploaded textures.

david56studioz, the thing got updated to 20 MB, so you wouldn't have to worry that much
