I render a lot of designs with different lighting and angles to get the best one, mostly with 200% to give me a clear view and samples set to 50 to get a general idea without spending too much money. Lately, I notice that after 15-20 test renders within a few hours, the render button greys out even though the renderfarm is green and online. Sometimes if I refresh and switch over quickly I can click render but it says "E1035: only one render allowed at a time per user" despite only having one window open. It was working fine just minutes ago. I've already cleared the website cache and nothing changed, and I have over $5 credits on my account. This has happened before and I just end up having to wait 24 hours or longer before it is available again. I'm not thrilled about paying for a service that barely works half the time.
Hello, you have a project that failed to be uploaded correctly. Failed projects like this one are purged automatically everyday but you also have the possibility to cancel it. Open the project and in the project drop down list select cancel.
Yes, the process was frozen on "awaiting building" for some time, I cancelled it and waited for the pink banner to confirm before leaving the page. Appears to be working just fine now! Sometimes it is easy to get frustrated when things aren't always working perfectly, so I will try to be more patient in the future. Thanks again!
