I'm making a moc with custom decals for torsos and bricks but no matter what I do the bricks are always white. I cant change the color of the brick.
Can you provide some screenshots to help identify the issue?
Does the decoration you're using have a coloured background? If it does then that will be why the colour can't change; the background should be transparent.

By the way, now there is insufficient storage space. Even when I delete other decals it still says this and the file I'm uploading is quite small too.
Are you deleting the decals or just the parts using them? You need to delete the textures as well; you can do this from the texture tab (the tab with the checkered icon).
