I am trying to access the site within a school which has filtered internet access.

All we get when we click Start is a black screen.

Any ideas?

It means that either some files required by the workshop can not be loaded (blocked) or that the browser is too old and is not supported. It is more likely to be the first one and it is not something I can fix on my end.

You were correct - we had to make some changes to our web filtering!
