The column to the right side doesn't APPEAR

when I enter MecaBricks workshop the column from the right side that has the colors and the pieces you used and use doesn't APPEARS!!!what should I do???

This issue is not about my column not appearing but when I go in one of my projects the lock and visible icons appear 20 lines above their group.
