The Mecabricks server is handling the credits, not the rendering rig. Therefore the render farm being turned off doesn't have any impact on your credits account. I checked the rendering server and it doesn't look like there has been any connection or model errors in the past 24 hours. Maybe there has been a local connection issue between your place and the servers which has lead to a glitch.

I received your payment so that is ok. If I understand correctly, the issue is that the credits haven't been transferred to your wallet? If it is the case, I will do it manually. No problem.

Yes that was the first issue. I see the credits are in there now, thank you. My greater concern was actually the empty Projects tab. I decided to put both bugs in the same note in case they were connected.

I have tried refreshing the window multiple times. Are there other things I could do if the issue is indeed on my end?

Projects are loaded from the rendering server so if the tab is empty, it is likely that the server cannot be reached.
You can check here if you can reach the server.

Hmmmm. The link takes me to a blank page that says "Mecabricks.com Render Farm". I would assume that means it IS working?

Edit: It seems it does mean its working. I can now see my projects again. Thank you for the help!

Ok it appears to be happening again. My credits went down so I know it rendered succesfully but the Projects tab is completely empty. I tried using the link above and it appears I CAN connect to the render farm so that isn't it. However, the render button is also greyed out and there is not green indicator that the render farm is online.
