Editing Existing Decorations?

Is it possible to download an existing texture file to edit? I am attempting to create an accurate R6-series astromech droid head and would like to use the texture from part 98100d3 as a base to create the texture off of, but I have not been able to figure out how to download the existing texture file to be able to edit it. Is this possible?

Use the part manager for this.
