It says insufficient storage, but I don't know on what? What do I need to delete and how do I?
Ya you dont have anymore room. so delete some stuff you dont need anymore/want. So that you have space again so that you can make more

I got rid of literally everything but 2 items, and it still says it
make sure to delete the textures aswell!
Another tip is to make sure that your textures are of small storage size. Exporting in a lower format will lower the file size.
Texture size shall always be between 0 and 100Kb. There is no real reason for them to be above if you follow the guidelines.

In the texture tab of the part manager.
