Saving a model as a piece.

I hope im putting this in the right category lol. I was wondering if there is a way to take a model that you made and import it into a piece. I have made this katana in the workshop and wanted to convert it into a custom piece to use on other models and was wondering if there is/will be a method for doing this. If so, it would be a BIG help if there is! Thanks.

Just import you model to the other models.
