With your Blender problem, it’s just the scale of the scene. Just adjust everything else to be the model’s scale. As for the workshop problem, I’m not sure what is going on. I’ve never had that problem before.

I sorted out the workshop problem but when I say the pieces are small in blender I mean they've shrunk and aren't smooth anymore. They so small that smooth pieces have lots of facets. I think I remember someone saying that it just happens sometimes. It was happening when the workshop was blank. I'll try now.

Make sure that you are exporting as .zmbx and using the blender add on from the shop.
