You can get the list of parts from your model in Mecabricks and use a second hand market place like bricklink or brickowl.

Where is the list of parts from a model located? I'm also interested in bringing a 3D model to real life. Thanks!

You need the reference number located in the obejct tab (a 4 digit number) and search in the external database srubs mentioned. Pretty easy and comfortabel. Makes a lot of fun rebuilding the model.
