How do I render a 2 by 2 transparent tile plate so it shows up as if it were a headlight on a car?

I am trying to render something but cannot figure out how to put the lamp inside the piece so that it looks like a headlight. Is it possible to do this without using any credits? Thanks!

I was wondering about that too.

Go into the lighting tab in the render section and find the emission settings. Select the colour of the part you want to glow, then press add. You can play around with the settings until you get the effect you want. This only works for transparent, glitter and milky parts, and it affects all the parts of that colour in your model.
