Okay... finally. Got. Meh wings. And now I've used them so much they cost 35 levels to repair. That can't be right, that means it will eventually become technically impossible to repair. It started at 1 level, then went to like 10, etc. Is this another bug?

Sometimes you need a certain level in order to do the enchantment but it doesn’t actually cost that many levels

You can get another set of Elytra. (Aka wings.) And combine them with your other Elytra. (Aka wings.)

Well that's how it should be, but the required levels are increasing, and taking much more than it should. I've been searching on Reddit and other sites and people have the same problem. I think it's just a bug right now... it wasn't always like this, I know that for sure.
