I'd like to suggest for the decal section specifically, however I'm sure it could work for parts as well, is a global voting system, where you can upload decals, and people can check if they're up to standards, rather than relying on the admins to update them.
I've noticed there's been a large slowdown when it comes to the partlist/decal lists being updated recently and I feel this would give members of the community more incentive to help build the library, rather than it just sit idle alot of the time waiting for somebody to update them, or give them feedback on what they've done.
I'm not entirely sure how this could be implemented, and obviously there would need to be people who need to help with the filtering who are trust worthy, but I feel it would help both the site, and the community be more active in trying to help, rather than waiting for a specific part they need or a decal they need for an existing part.
I think there are multiple admins for the decoration section, but it's indeed true that it's a bit desolated at this moment.
Perhaps somebody should go through it, and clean it up. There are multiple decorations ready to be added.
The ones that are seating there have been checked a long time ago but never updated by their authors to fit the Mecabricks standard.
It takes a good amount of practice to get them right.
The few from this week will be checked and added if acceptable in the next few days.
