What is exactly the issue with it?

It looks like the print has melted. In the part selection area it is fine. But after placing it in the workshop the face print looks melted (placed incorrectly).

What do you mean? This is a plate and therefore it is described by LEGO and bricklink as width x length: 1x2 - if you want to add the height, it is a 1/3 of a brick.
