CANT MOVE BRICKS

I am unable to move bricks after I rotate them. They just stick and I can’t move them at all and it’s the same for any other bricks I try to add. I can move bricks fine before I can rotate them. I currently have IPad 2018 and any advice would be helpful please.

Try using a computer and see if it has the same problem.
