Stopping Getting Notifications

Hello,
I posted once on the Missing Parts forum and now I keep getting notifications from that forum whenever someone says anything. Anyway to stop getting these notifications? Thanks.

Hi Scrubs

I agree, When I log on and see 56 topics and its all missing parts, does shout for an option to stop following. Can there be an option perhaps in the future when you get time to revisit it to put a setting perhaps as part of each individual account settings to un-follow a particular topic or subject?

Or perhaps make "Missing parts" a unique topic that does not send out notices after a few days/Weeks/Months to anyone who posted?
