Trouble changing Profile Picture

Hello, I'm having trouble changing my profile picture. I upload a new picture, but when I go to my page, it's the same as the old one.

Probably a cache related issue. Use the arrow in the neighborhood of the url to refresh the page.

Clear the cache or just wait until your browser downloads the new file. It has been changed on the server.
This is not a bug, just how browsers work.
