Hi! was wondering where I could find the parts list for my model in workshop?

In short, you can either make your model public, and then choose the "Inventory" tab in the viewer.
Alternately,

"For your own private models, use the url:
http://www.mecabricks.com/inventory/bricklink/{MODEL_ID}.zip
where MODEL_ID is the 11 chars alphacode of your model."
