Hello,
Just a few minutes ago, I completed a render using the render farm. I used very low settings, and it said that there was no cost to it. I rendered it, saved it to my computer, then went back to test another of my smaller builds. Before rendering that one, I happened to click on the Images tab in the top right corner. It listed my previous render, but had a total of $0.06 next to it. My question is was that render actually free, and this is just an oddity of the system, or did I pay $0.06? Thanks!
Cost is written in light gray for free renders. This is to show you how much you would have paid if you would have used credits for it. When you render with credits, cost is written in white and amount is deducted from your credits account.
@Scrubs Okay, thank you for the explanation!
No worries. This has been done to give a rough indication to people if they were to choose to pay for renders in the future. It avoids having to answer this question over and over again like it was the case before it was implemented.
