when I put render it puts me that I already had my 10 free renders given by friend why?

@THE_MAC_SHOW, it means that you have made your 10 free renders for the coming 24 hours. Rendering is not for free, even if it say so it cost money and the free renders are paid by Scrubs, who bought all the expensive hardware and pay for the electricity bill and internet connection to run the render farm located in his house! So that is why he set a limit of 10 free renders per user and day(24 hours), so you'll just have to wait a day, or click that little checkbox to use credits to support this awesome feature made by @Scrubs. 😃

You can do 10 free renders each 24 hours. So you will still be able to do free renders but you just have to wait up to 24 hours depending on when you made your firts render.

Hi, is it normal to be in queue of just under 200 (it's been 40 minutes and counting) waiting for a small render to complete even though i'm using credits. This has only just started to happen to me over the past couple of days?

Because some users started to render animations recently. I planned to look at the way queue is handled to be able to include small renders with credits in between animation frames.

Do you know if the queue system will be sorted anytime soon please? Somebody had been running animation renders (50+) for the majority of the day now and i wish to run the render farm for a single image (with credits) and am struggling getting an opportunity?

Thought i would try my luck again this morning and try and complete a single render with credits and there is another 147 in the queue...

Can we have an update on how this can be sorted please as the system is becoming unusable?

@Scrubs, I just wanted to say thank you so much for providing free renders to people like me who can’t pay for them! (My parents don’t approve of wasting money on temporal, digital things) I also have one question, do you get ten renders every day (resets at 12:00), or every 24 hours?
