I know that there is no search function but I wrote it so many times: parts with a black background icon like 32251 are old parts that were existing before the snap point feature was existing. I slowly go through these parts, update the 3D model and add metadata like snap points. So one day when I will get it in a set it will be all updated to current Mecabricks standard.

Like mentioned above, snap points were introduced way later in the Mecabricks timeline. Some parts are not yet updated.

You can always ask for the snap points to be added, this will - i assume - speed up the progress for that specific part. 😉

Ah thanks for the info both. I wondered what those black background parts were - legacy parts so to speak.
Well there are dozens and dozens of parts so I can image it will take a ridiculous amount of time to update the ones that need the snaps updating.
This part in particular was a pain on one side but not the other, weird but I am done with it....looks through instructions
