Well, to get straight to the point, I am almost certain that somewhere around 2-10 years from now, there will be a rendering feature (this one is almost reality), an animation feature, an instruction builder, and an official Mecabricks App!
P.S. (To Scrubs) I know you have a massive list already, but don't forget that you have helped thousands (if not millions!) of people create 3D Lego models, enabling them to animate with Legos in any 3D program (such as Blender, Maya, 3D Max, and such and such)! Keep up the good work!

For the rest you are pretty much spot on, this is the long term plan - maybe not for the app unless some new technologies come.
