If your creation is public, then when viewing it in the Library, you can click on the "Inventory" tab below your model to get the list of parts. From there, you can download the Bricklink XML file and upload that to Bricklink to create a wanted list, and from there purchase the parts.

As Ricecake mentioned, you can use Bricklink to buy the bricks.

Use the downloaded BrickLink file (copy and paste this) in the provided textbox on the right side of the screen.

This feature on Mecabricks isn't up-to-date. Sometimes, the import page will throw unknown parts. You can report these, and we will get it fixed. It's an ongoing work as everything on here. 😉

There are 3 errors on the import of your set "nice". I've already went ahead and identified and reported them. They'll get fixed soon and you'll be able to purchase the full set through BrickLink.

After that, you can go the "buy" page and selected the imported wanted list.

How do I make my creation public?

In you own library(click on your username in the upper right corner) just double click on your creation and the you can change "Open to the public".

bricklink xlm does not work on bricklink. It says it is not supported.

I can't even copy, let alone paste. I am trying to build an apocalyptic vehicle/tank, and I want to C&P the treads.

You cannot copy and paste in 3D, press d to make another copy of the part.

01: This is the csv file I get out of mecabricks.
02: If I copy+paste on bricklink, this is the error that I get.
03: This is the format that bricklink requests, that is totally different from what mecabricks gives me.

The csv file is not for Bricklink. You shall use the bricklink file (Bricklink XML)...

You can also use the same type of url for your private models as well.
