Well, if you're planning on rendering it, it's pretty easy to change the texture on the part. Otherwise, if you want a new printed brick in the workshop, you could either request the part or make it yourself by following the guide on the forums.

I am meaning a deathtrooper/scarif/Imperial Hovertank Pilot torso print,on a blue torso. Since it isnt official,it wont exist here probally.(I don`t have blender ATM)

Oh, I see. As far as I know then, you're out of luck unless you wanted to render it in Blender as I don't think Scrubs would let anyone upload unofficial designs.
