Blank windows instead of screenshots

Going for the screenshot button is getting a blank window to pop up, but no image. Last successful screenshot was 8/8/17, and today, nothing.

Have tried logged in, logged out, clearing the cookies, using IE, using firefox, two different machines (Win 10, Win 7) and an interstate test by a friend. Nada.

Anything known on this?

Hello. It has been brought to my attention last week. Chrome may have changed something in the latest version. I will try to fix this issue when I'll find some time.
