Mecabricks. Is it mobile???

I know you can go to the workshop on a mobile device, but is it possible? And would you call it mobile compatible? Feel free to give your opinion or state facts that I missed.
Cheers,

Yes, the workshop works with some mobile devices, however, it's a bit hard to use because your fingers get in the way. 😛 The whole website I would say is mobile compatible, but you'll have to wait for an answer from someone like Scrubs or Sim to give you a definite answer. 😃

It's not really designed to be mobile compatible. It's always been something that can "run in your browser". I wouldn't call it mobile unless everything is really designed to work in mobile. For now, it's just luck that things seems to work on tablets. It's mostly a opinion thread I guess, so you're not really looking for a definite answer. The only one that can give you a definite answer is Scrubs. 😛

Thanks for your comments. I agree with both of you, when I tried it in the past it was quite hard to build (I'm not even mentioning trying to build at an angle). 😉

It hasn't been designed with mobile devices in mind but I added the controls so that touchscreens are supported in the workshop and on the 3D player.
I don't think that there is any value to make the workshop compatible with phones (screens are too small to build something), but I could put more effort for tablets as it starts to be relevant to build small stuff with this type of device.

For the rest of the website, I am lacking time to make stuff perfectly mobile friendly. It would be great but it requires a lot of effort.

Scrubs, did you design the website?

I design and code everything here.

Ok I have on idea to make the site more mobile ready, this might NOT WORK for the "workshop" part of the site. But for the rest of the site try using the @media css code rule here is an example I made using it.

I have tried to use the workshop with tablet and mouse,(because obviously fingers aren't fine for that) but the mouse pointer can't grab the arrows to move the bricks. I don't know anything about programming, but is it possible to improve that point in order to make the workshop more tablet-friendly?

Hello, I have the same problem I'm not quite well at programming. I wanted to create at least something nevertheless, I couldn't. I was looking everywhere. I will keep to my [SPAM] task now. I hope I can figure it out.
