@SuperFranTV You are welcome to add the sets yourself. Simply build (and save) the model, go to your "SuperFranTV" icon at the top-right of your screen, select the model, and check "Official Set" from the drop-down list that emerges (and mark it as public). After Scrubs or Zanna has approved it, it will be labeled as an official set.

You do not need the decoration for the minifigure to build the rocket. Try adding a request for the decorated piece(s) in the Missing Parts thread. You can simply use a blank minifigure torso and/or face until the actual one is added to the library. 😉
